Quick-witted Josh has never fit in at his all-boys private school.  As the rugby-obsessed township of Dunedin is divided over the arrival of the Springboks from apartheid-afflicted South Africa in 1981, Josh is inspired by the growing protests and a newfound passion for performing and begins to find his own voice.
