We are very excited to introduce Senior Training sessions this season, aimed at U11's and up. Focusing on Javelin, Triple Jump and High Jump.
Athletes will be coached through the correct techniques and rules for each event so they will all have a better understanding leading into Competition night on Fridays.
Slight tweaks in technique may lead to massive improvements down the track so we encourage all athletes in U11's and up to come down Sunday mornings!

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you move and good fitting sports shoes. Training shirts are available for purchase.
