The Woodlands Cultural, Community and Visitor Centre is a central hub for both locals and visitors. Built in 2019, the centre houses the Norseman Visitor Centre and the Community Resource Centre, proudly standing at the gateway to Western Australia amidst the vast landscapes of the Great Western Woodlands.
Inside, visitors can explore a range of interpretive and interactive displays that celebrate the history, culture, and community of the Shire of Dundas. Discover the roots of Norseman, Eucla, the wider region—and of course, the legendary horse that started it all.
Whether you're arriving from near or far, the centre offers a wide range of services to support your journey. Our friendly team is on hand to provide travel advice, share local knowledge, and recommend must-see attractions to help plan your next adventure.
The Community Resource Centre also offers essential services for travellers and residents alike. Visitors can access WiFi, computers, printing and scanning services, and a Services Australia access office.
Whether you're just passing through or planning a deeper exploration, the Shire of Dundas offers a journey rich in nature, culture, and connection. Be sure to stop by the Woodlands Cultural, Community and Visitor Centre for personalised recommendations and up-to-date information on local events and attractions.
