The City of Kalgoorlie Boulder is proud to be a RV Friendly Town and offer a free 72-hour rest stop area for fully self-contained vehicles at Centennial Park (Corner of Patroni and Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie).
Situated within walking distance of local amenities, the rest stop is a short drive from the city centres of both Kalgoorlie and Boulder, as well as multiple tourist attractions.
Description
This RV area is provided free of charge with a self-registration station. The area is patrolled daily by the City’s Rangers who enforce the conditions of use.
The following conditions apply
: All stays are to be no more than 72 hours in any 5-day period.
All RVs have their own onboard facilities.
All waste and grey water is to be retained in the vehicle for disposal at dump points.
No clothing are to be hung externally to dry.

Tents, camper trailers, mini vans, back packer vans or the like are not permitted.
No fires are permitted.
No amplified music is permitted.
All campers must always follow reasonable directions from the City of Kalgoorlie Boulder Rangers.
Pets must be kept on a leash and always restrained.
Animal waste must be collected and disposed of at refuse areas.
Portable generators are not permitted.
City Rangers are authorised to issue immediate move-on directions for non-compliance.
